Below is a video that demonstrates the basic proper squat technique. The squat is a fundamental exercise and once mastered it will lead to many different variations of the squat. This will allow you to continue to challenge your fitness level. In later segments I will teach you some of the variations of squats such as: single leg, front, sumo, dumbbell, and hack squat. The key to remember at this point is to master the fundamental of the basic squat as it will provide dramatic fitness results in strength training.
